India’s Ultraviolette Launches Electric Motorcycles in the UK Market

Bengaluru-based EV manufacturer Ultraviolette Automotive has officially launched its flagship electric motorcycles—the F77 Mach 2 Recon and F77 SuperStreet Recon—in the United Kingdom, marking a major milestone for India’s growing electric mobility sector.

The launch, conducted at the prestigious Motorcycle Live Show in Birmingham, represents Ultraviolette’s first major foray into a developed international market. The company has partnered with Europe-based distributor MotoMondo BV to facilitate sales, service, and after-sales support across the UK.

The F77 platform, already known in India for its performance-oriented engineering, is aimed at the premium electric motorcycle segment in the UK. Industry insiders view the move as a strategic push that positions Indian EV innovation on the global stage.

Ultraviolette has also expressed plans to expand into other European markets such as Germany, France, and Benelux, reinforcing India’s transition from a domestic EV market to a global contender in high-performance electric mobility.
